It’s located on a private peninsula in a lagoon, with an open channel to the Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Bonaire.

The cottages are privately owned; the lush tropical garden, the surrounding beach, the tropical swimming pool with bar and surrounding decks, its 7 private docks and all other communal facilities are exclusively owned by the Owners Association.
All cottages are brand new -you will be the very first owner! - and well-built. Their Indonesian inspired architecture offers complete privacy and real tropical atmosphere. The high quality of finishing, both in workmanship and comfort, allows you to relax in luxury.
